MENU BELOW:
BUBÚTO 
Ground Rice Tamale
Soyrizo, salted duck egg, onion, capsicum. Steamed in banana leaf
(Vegetarian)

TORTANG TALONG
Eggplant Croquettes
Roasted eggplant, mashed potato, parmesan, tomato relish.
(Vegetarian)

LUMPIA
Thinly rolled Shanghai-style veal egg roll, served with sweet chili sauce.

ADOBO
Soy and cane vinegar braised chicken giblets and hearts
(Vegetarian option: young jackfruit and potatoes)

SIOPAO
Steamed Buns
Shiitake and tofu bistek
Chicken asado, fresh napa cabbage

KARIOKA
Coconut and pounded sweet rice balls, filled with jackfruit, deep-fried and glazed with brown sugar.

SORBETES
Ice cream sandwiches
Pandan leaf ice cream, ube halaya cookies
Keso ice cream, brown butter cookies

// Is this food traditional? //
This food is not Filipino, but is decidedly Filipino American. If you're seeking a more traditional experience, we plan to have kamayan dinners on Wednesdays. More info in the coming weeks!

// Why no pork? //
Though we do expect to serve it in the restaurant, Dudley Dough keeps their kitchen free of pork and we respect their commitment!
